DELIVERY IN THE UK
We charge a standard rate of £3.99 per order for standard delivery. Postage to Highlands & Islands is £6.99 to postcodes HS, IM, IV, ZE.
FREE UK DELIVERY
We offer Free UK Delivery on all orders over £35 when placed on our website ONLY
At the moment all orders are dispatched within 24 hours (Mon – Fri) depending on how busy we are.
We dispatch using either Yodal Courier, DHL depending on the size and weight of the order.
Yodal Standard will take 2-5 working days after dispatch . We keep a close eye on deliveries and up to now Yodal are delivering on time.
PLEASE NOTE:
Any order sent through Yodal courier will do 3 attempted deliveries.
NOT ALL COURIERS LEAVE CARDS, so an attempted delivery will not always mean that a card is left.
The couriers do not get paid however if they do not deliver, so it is in their interest to deliver the parcel.
After 3 attempts the parcel will be sent back to the sorting depot to be returned to us, The postage paid will be retained if order is returned to us, as postage has been charged to attempt to deliver the order in the first place.
If this happens, once the parcel arrives back with us, we will refund the customers order, minus the postage paid in the original order.
It is advisable if you have ordered and know a delivery will be coming to make arrangements for someone to be at home, or leave a note of where the parcel could be left.
Please allow up to 10 days for your Order to arrive before contacting us regarding its whereabouts.
ORDERS NOT RECEIVED
We can request further details from Yodal regarding the delivery.
Any customer who maintains non receipt of the order that is showing as delivered will be required to fill out and sign a Yodal Declaration form for non receipt of goods and email a copy to us prior to us being able to offer either a replacement or a refund, as this is a requirement by Yodal.
Once the goods have been delivered to you, you are responsible for protecting them against loss or damage.
Please Note: Any parcel delivered to a neighbour, will be deemed as delivered. If a neighbour then disputes the delivery, please inform the neighbour that this matter will be taken to the police and then inform the police, as this will be deemed as theft.
Please be careful when opening packages to ensure none damage of the item.
Please note we charge extra for what is classed as Out Of Area or Zone 2 parts of the country. These are postcodes HS, IM, IV, KW, ZE. We charge £6.99 postage and packing for these areas.
