We hope that you will enjoy the products you have ordered.

If however you are unhappy with your order, please contact us first letting us know the reason you wish to return the items.

Items can be  returned  to us within 14 days of receipt for a refund, in line with The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.

Items returned must be in a resale-able condition for a refund to be issued.

The buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the order.

If the item is damaged or incorrect upon receipt, a pre-paid mailing bag will be sent out to you to return the goods to us.

Once received back we will send out the correct goods to you, or a refund will be issued for the product.

All returns are required to be accompanied with a copy of invoice or receipt, showing details of the order, so the return can be identified.

We will provide a full refund of postage costs for a returned item, if the return is a result of an error that the company has made or the goods are faulty.

FAULTY / DAMAGED ORDERS – Please be aware faulty orders must be returned within 14 days from date of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Should an order be faulty please contact us within 14 days of receipt to arrange the return of the item.
