Refunds and Returns Policy
We hope that you enjoyed your purchases!
If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, please contact us first letting us know the reason you wish to return the items.
Items can be returned to us within 14 days of receipt for a refund, in line with The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
Items returned must be in a resale-able condition for a refund to be issued.
The buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the order to us, unless the item has arrived damaged.
If the item is damaged or incorrect upon receipt, we will require photo evidence of the damage to the product, as well as a picture of the outer packaging as it arrived with you, incase we need to make a claim against the courier company.
Once received back we will send out the correct goods to you, or a refund will be issued for the product.
All returns are required to be accompanied with a copy of invoice or receipt, showing details of the order, so the return can be identified.
We will provide a full refund of postage costs for a returned item, if the return is a result of an error that the company has made or the goods are faulty.
FAULTY / DAMAGED ORDERS – Please be aware faulty orders must be returned within 14 days from date of receipt for a refund or exchange.
Should an order be faulty please contact us within 14 days of receipt to arrange the return of the item.
PLEASE NOTE:
Our wax melt snap bars are NOT classed as faulty if they arrived snapped. The nature of a wax melt is to snap it and use it in a burner, so if it arrives snapped it is not compromising the melt and burn of the product. If a customer however wishes to return any snapped wax melts, they are free to do so by paying the return postage cost themselves. if returning any items to us means that an order value then goes below the £35 for free postage, the returned items will be refunded, minus the £3.99 postage that would have originally have to be paid because the value of goods kept would be under the £35.
